RPA Developer
About the role
The RPA Developer position at Orion Innovation requires 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with one or more Automation technologies, including RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation AnyWhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, OpenAI. Knowledge of the architecture, components, and best practices of leading Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms is essential. Proven ability to integrate automation practices effectively across all phases of the SDLC (e.g., planning, design, implementation, and maintenance) is required.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, well-commented, and reusable automation code and scripts.
- Create clear, precise technical documentation (Solution Design Documents).
- Effectively train non-technical stakeholders on automation processes.
- Experience with process analysis, business process management, and workflow design.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with web applications, desktop applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Strong ability to debug code and system failures, analyze logs, and identify root causes in automated processes.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
- Show strong facilitation and leadership skills.
- Show strong written and oral communication skills.
- Show highly organized with an obsessive eye towards planning and details.
- Show excellent follow up skills.
- Show initiative and can self-manage domain specific work.
- Show strong project/process management skills and committed to continuously improve quality and effectiveness of own work.
- Experience in healthcare is a huge plus.
