About the role
RPA Automation Anywhere Developer position located in Irving, TX, full-time/W2.
Responsibilities
- Installation, support, and configuration of Automation Anywhere (A360) application server
- Creating new on-board bots in Automation Anywhere
- Off-boarding bots in the Automation tool
- Tomcat installation, configuration, and database setup
- Creating load balancer in CAS tool for configuring Automation and Appian tools
- Supporting IIS Web Server security and application security configuration
- Assisting application team with setup of NDM, HSM, Luna, monitoring, and service start/stop
- Decommissioning services
- Creating CMPs for certificate renewal and new certificate requests
- Testing, deploying, integrating, managing, and supporting application availability; troubleshooting non‑responding applications and deployment failures, escalating to L4 when needed
- Installation, support, and configuration of Appian applications
- Installation, support, and configuration of Boardwalk applications
- Knowledge of VM Horizon platform
- Incident and problem management: receiving L2 escalations, creating and tracking problem records, meeting SLA, leading root‑cause analysis, engaging L4 teams
- Reviewing major tickets to identify efficiency improvements
- Raising cases and providing logs/basic information to vendors for issues

- Secondary: Exceptor/Appian
- Mandatory: Enterprise RPA‑Automation Anywhere
- Knowledge of VM Horizon platform
