Royalty Analyst

What You’ll Create

• Analyse and brief artist contracts for royalty obligations
• Mainframe data entry
• Create and maintain detailed artist accounts
• Review and send artist statements and checks quarterly
• Afford daily inquiries in a timely manner
• Afford assistance with monthly end tasks

Requirements

• Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Must be able to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Access a plus
• Experience with recording contracts and royalty accounting a plus

Qualifications

• Four year college degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience

Benefits

• $45,000 - $62,000 base salary
• The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
