ROW Database Specialist

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities

• Determine client reporting needs and coordinate with GRID Support if new reports are needed.
• Identify required data points to be utilized for each project.
• Determine team members responsible for tracking deliverables in the database.
• Establish data entry and reporting workflows and processes for each project.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry through training and QA/QC of data.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of data entered by other parties.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors and make corrections as needed.
• Cookordination corrections to data-related issues with Project Team.
• Cookordination resolution of functional issues to the Project Team.
• Cookordination resolution of technical issues/requests with the GRID team.
• Aid with testing and approving database enhancements.
• Provide training to users.
• Provide demos of database function to employees and clients.
