Roving Relationship Teller

About the role

Benchmark Community Bank is seeking an outgoing and service-oriented Teller for our roving team. This position will provide a high level of customer service across any of our soon-to-be 20 locations. The territory will encompass our branch footprint, with priority given to locations closest to the employee’s home. Mileage reimbursement is included.

A day in the life

As a Roving Teller, you will travel to many of our locations and work with different teams each week, offering visibility to many leaders at Benchmark Community Bank and often leading to growth opportunities. You will:

• Cheerfully greet customers as the first point of contact and first impression when they enter the branch.
• Build relationships with customers using your friendly and service-oriented personality.
• Assist branches needing extra support, handling tasks from routine to challenging.
• Process new accounts, update customer and account information, and provide needs-based solutions.
• Work as part of a fun, supportive team while enjoying the satisfaction of serving customers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of banking experience, preferred.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to our different locations.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with scheduled hours of Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Fridays, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Weekends are free.

Pay

Salary range: $17.00/hr. – $22.60/hr.
