We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - "Why Wells Fargo:" is introductory marketing; could be part of About the role? Probably not needed as separate heading; but we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should create those headings only if content exists. We have "About this role:" which is description. That fits About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list after "In this role you will:" includes many items. Requirements: "Required Qualifications:" and "Desired Qualifications:" maybe combine into Requirements? Could separate Required and Desired but we have only Requirements heading. Could put both under Requirements. Skills: maybe from Desired Qualifications includes skills; but we could put under Skills heading. Benefits: there is a Benefits section with list. Pay: there is Pay Range. Schedule: there is Job Expectations includes travel, schedule includes Saturdays, ability to work schedule that includes Saturdays, travel 100% etc. So we can put schedule info. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove those. We must preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Roving Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our National Branch Network. In this front‑line role, you will provide support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geography, building relationships with customers by supporting everyday banking needs through in‑branch interactions, scheduled conversations, and proactive outreach. You will learn about customers’ goals and connect them to the right banking products, services, and digital tools to help them manage their finances with confidence. You will support account openings, service requests, and credit applications while working closely with branch teammates across different locations to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience. Success is driven by a strong service mindset, sound judgment, flexibility, and effective teamwork in changing branch environments. This role offers meaningful exposure to a large financial institution and serves as a foundation for long‑term growth and career mobility, supported by Wells Fargo’s training and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized banking support across multiple branch locations within an assigned geographic area, covering for banker and teller absences and temporarily filling open positions as needed
  • Adapt quickly to new branch environments, teams, and customer needs while maintaining consistent service quality and adherence to bank standards
  • Build lasting customer relationships through proactive, meaningful conversations that support financial well‑being and deepen engagement
  • Lead discovery driven conversations to understand customer needs and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and solutions
  • Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities, promoting solutions, and making appropriate referrals to meet customer and business goals
  • Support everyday banking needs, including account openings, service requests, and credit applications
  • Perform cash handling and teller line activities, accurately processing transactions while maintaining compliance and operational standards
  • Demonstrate comfort using and adopting digital tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience and support evolving banking needs
  • Deliver accurate, compliant service while exercising sound judgment within defined risk controls
  • Collaborate with branch teammates to coordinate seamless handoffs to licensed bankers or other specialists, ensuring customers are connected to the right expertise

Requirements

Required Qualifications: 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications: Prior experience in financial services or a highly regulated customer‑facing role, demonstrating comfort with structured processes, accuracy, and service expectations. Experience building trust‑based customer relationships through active listening, follow‑up, and consistent engagement. Comfort initiating outreach (calls, emails, or other channels) to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to support customer needs. Demonstrated comfort with digital tools and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently guide customers in adopting capabilities that enhance their banking experience. Ability to identify customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions, including referrals when additional expertise is needed. Proven ability to collaborate with teammates and partners to resolve needs and deliver a seamless customer experience. Demonstrated ability to follow policies and regulations while identifying and escalating risk concerns.

Skills

Customer service, relationship building, proactive outreach, digital tool adoption, cash handling, compliance, teamwork, problem solving, risk identification.

But we need to ensure we don't invent details. The skills list we created may be inferred but not directly stated. Better to omit Skills section if not explicitly listed. The posting does not have a separate "Skills" heading; but we could extract from Desired Qualifications. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Desired Qualifications into Requirements and not have separate Skills. Let's avoid Skills section unless there is explicit skill list. There's no explicit skill list; we can omit. Benefits: we have a Benefits paragraph with list. We'll create

Benefits

then
    with items. Pay:

    Pay

$23.00 - $31.00 base pay range, eligible for 10% pay differential.

    Schedule:

    Schedule

Ability to travel 100% of the time within assigned geography; commute to assigned branch location(s) for duration of assignment; schedule includes Saturdays; support branch operations by flexing between cash handling and customer banking activities.

We should also include Job Expectations about SAFE registration etc. That could be part of Requirements or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for that. Could include under Requirements as additional note. We must not include Posting Location(s) list? That's substantive info about locations. Should we include? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include location list. Where to put? Could be under About the role or a separate section like Locations. But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a

under About the role containing locations. Or we could create a separate section not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings; but we could also add other headings if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But to be safe, we can include location info under About the role. We must not include Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The Reference Number R-572321-3 is minor metadata; we can drop it or include in a short p. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, disability, drug policy, recruitment requirements, etc. We must not include "Posting End Date". That's metadata but could be minor; we could drop. We must not include "This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship". Could be considered substantive? It's a condition; maybe keep under Requirements? But it's a condition; we could include under Requirements as note. We must not include "Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements..." That's specific to role? Might be relevant; but it's about loan originators; this role is not necessarily loan originator; but it's mentioned. Might be extraneous; but it's part of posting. Could include under Requirements as note. We need to decide what to keep. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: - Why Wells Fargo: marketing fluff; could be part of About the role. - About this role: description. - In this role you will: responsibilities list. - Required Qualifications. - Desired Qualifications. - Job Expectations: travel, schedule, SAFE registration, loan originator requirements, credit report, visa sponsorship. - Pay Range. - Benefits. - Posting Location(s): list of addresses. - Posting End Date. - EEO etc. We'll keep About the role (including Why Wells Fargo and About this role). Responsibilities. Requirements (including Required, Desired, Job Expectations maybe). Benefits. Pay. Schedule (travel, schedule). Locations maybe as a separate section but we can put under About the role. We must not fabricate. Let's craft HTML. We'll include:

Then Responsibilities ul. Then Requirements: combine Required Qualifications, Desired Qualifications, Job Expectations (travel, schedule, SAFE registration, loan originator requirements, credit report, visa sponsorship). We'll put as

with bullet points maybe. But we should keep list for clarity: maybe

      for each. Let's do:
