Primary Duties
- Ensure that all information given to Branch 1701 Sales Coordinator is 100% accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that all loads are as close to 97-100% as is possible.
- Confirm all approved order acknowledgments for delivery.
- Maintain 5-Day Manifest Schedule on the board and in the computer – Long Hauls.
- Review manifest for revisions or corrections.
- Print Order Acknowledgements every hour or as often as needed.
- Distribute all Manifests and Work Orders to the Shipping Supervisor
- Distribute Customer Pickup Order Forms - Will Calls
- Absorb and assist Branch Coordinator as needed.
- Communicate with Branch 1701 via e-mail.
- Report all internal and external customer complaints by e-mail to the Branch Manager.
- Absorb and assist the Traffic Manager as needed.
- Has the authority to perform the following:
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities related to product, process and/or the system.
- Identify and/or record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system:
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;
- Verify the implementation of solutions;
- Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
