What You'll Do

• Lead and Develop Your Team
• Coach, train, and support route service representatives to deliver exceptional customer service
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment
• Help improve route efficiency and daily operations
• Partner with branch leadership to achieve operational goals
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
• Build long-term relationships with restaurant, hospitality, and commercial customers
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that benefit customers

Oversee Route Operations

• Manage service schedules and route performance
• Complete preventative maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform mechanical repairs after training
• Deliver cleaning and sanitation products while educating customers on proper product usage
• Monitor route performance and communicate results with branch leadership
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency customer support

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of supervisory, team lead, or management experience preferred
• Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, logistics, food service, manufacturing, service operations, or similar industries is highly valued
• Sales or account management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience

Physical Requirements

• Candidates must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
• Lifting and transporting up to 70 pounds of cleaning chemicals
• Working in a physically active environment, indoors and outdoors
• Climbing stairs at customer locations
• Driving throughout the South San Francisco service area
• Working a typical 45–50-hour workweek, including overtime and occasional on-call responsibilities
