Route Service Technician Trainee

About the role

Join Auto-Chlor System as a Service and Sales Representative, and be a part of a team who has been a leader in the hospitality industry for over 85 years!

Responsibilities

• Drive an Auto-Chlor van to visit customers and provide good customer service.
• Restock supplies, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure commercial dish machines are running smoothly.
• Build relationships and upsell cleaning & disinfecting products.
• Handle basic mechanical tasks and light repairs.
• Collect payments and provide excellent customer service.
• Be part of an on-call rotation for emergency service needs every 5 weeks.

Requirements

• Self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work.
• Comfortable troubleshooting and performing light repairs.
• Experience in upselling or light sales is a plus.
• A valid driver's license for at least 3 years is a must.
• Enjoys working with people and delivering great service.

Pay

Average annual compensation of $60,000-$65,000 for your first year with hourly pay, on call bonuses, and overtime.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed.
