Route Service Representative (Full-Time)

About the Role

Manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division as a Route Service Representative. Drive a vehicle along established routes to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and facility services. Build rapport with customers, ensure quality standards, and proactively address concerns. Upsell and cross-sell products, negotiate service renewals, and control inventory while maintaining safety and compliance with vehicle regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers
• Ensure service quality and proactively address customer concerns
• Grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling products
• Negotiate and renew service agreements
• Manage inventory and control stock levels
• Adhere to driving and safety regulations

Requirements

• Must meet DOT requirements, including an active driver’s license and DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age
• Physically capable of performing job duties
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
