Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position involving the delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.
Route Service Sales Representatives enjoy a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a 4-day workweek (majority), no nights or weekends (majority), and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Requirements
- Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:
- Have an active driver’s license.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Obtain a DOT medical certification.
- Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

Pay
Solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route.
Schedule
