Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Requirements

• Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including:
  • Active driver’s license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • DOT medical certification (obtained prior to first day of employment)
  • Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a teamwork-driven environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit

Pay

Total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000 per year, combining base salary and earned commissions. The range accounts for skill sets, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
