Route Service and Sales Representative Trainee
About the role

As a Route Service and Sales Technician Trainee, you will troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations, up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services, provide emergency on-call service, deliver and pick up chemicals, collect payments and follow up on accounts, build rapport with customers and resolve concerns, and train customers on product usage and safety.

Requirements
- A valid driver’s license with 3 years of driving history
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role
- Experience with driving and mechanical tasks (preferred)
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations
- A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset
