Route Service and Sales Representative - Hourly + Commission

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Route Service and Sales Representative for our Richmond Hill location. We’re a stable company with over 80 years of reputation built on reliable service and quality products. This role is ideal for someone ready to work independently, use their hands, and build lasting customer relationships.

Pay

$23–$24 per hour plus 5% commission, with overtime opportunities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with overtime and on-call opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company van to customer locations in the Brooklyn and Queens area
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment
• Restock solutions, collect payments, and suggest additional products when appropriate
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude—comfort with tools and basic repairs
• Customer service and sales mindset—ability to build relationships and recommend additional products
• Willingness to learn and confidence to apply training while working independently on your own route
• Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean record
