About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Sales - Water Filtration Technician to join our team. Your primary focus will be on driving to current customers' homes, testing water quality, and replacing filters as needed. You will also provide top-notch customer service and maintain our top-of-the-line filtration equipment and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer homes to test water and replace filters.
• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and service filtration equipment.
• Follow a daily schedule and route provided to you, starting your day from home.
• Accurately document services performed and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be a team player.
• Friendly, punctual, and dependable.
• Plumbing experience is a plus, but not mandatory; training will be provided and paid.
• Ability to drive extensively; must be comfortable with a job that requires a lot of driving.
• Must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record.

• Compensation: Industry-leading salary of $40,000.00 w/ commission OTE at $100,000.00 per year.
