Route Sales Representative - Training Provided

About the Role
After paid training, you'll service customers from Everett to the Canadian border, running route and service calls. You will be restocking chemical products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and building strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. This position is designed for you to train as a Route Sales Representative and eventually transition to your own set route with your own customers.
Responsibilities
- Service customers along a designated route from Everett to the Canadian border
- Restock chemical products for restaurants and commercial kitchens
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Operate a company vehicle for business purposes
Pay
Annual pay range is $63,000–$65,000, with an hourly rate of $24/hour, including overtime and on-call bonuses.
Schedule
- Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Typical work week of about 45 hours
- On-call rotation roughly every 6–8 weeks

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer service environment
- Enjoys working independently and solving problems hands-on
- Ability to build relationships with customers
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the safe operation of motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and handling of industrial chemicals. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening after a conditional offer of employment.
