Route Sales Representative - Training Provided

Start your career with a company that’s been serving the food service industry for over 85 years! Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative Trainee to join our team in North Salt Lake, UT.

About the Role

After paid training, you'll service customers in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada, running route and service calls. You will be restocking chemical products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and building strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. This position is designed for you to train as a Route Sales Representative, learn our products and machines, with room to progress into managing your own route and customer set.

Responsibilities

• Service customers across Utah, Idaho, and Nevada
• Run route and service calls
• Restock chemical products
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Pay

Annual pay range is $60,000–$65,000, including hourly rate, overtime, and on-call bonuses.

Schedule

• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Typical work week of 40–45 hours
• On-call rotation every 3–4 weeks
