About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ability to operate various types of industrial machinery.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
