Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays to maintain quality and freshness.
• Drive sales by securing new display space, setting up incremental displays, and using sales data for store-level strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships while executing promotions.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing and new accounts.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures, manage inventory, and handle invoices, cash, and deposits.
• Safely operate the company route truck and complete DOT daily logs and required documentation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Successfully obtain a Chauffer License (if job location is in IN, MI, TN).
• Physical ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and use fingers for extended periods.
• 1-3 years of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently for public interaction, traffic signs, and documentation.
