We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Why You Will Love Working At Maola®" etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting for content. Let's extract: - Intro: "Why You Will Love Working At Maola® Built on over a century of dedication, Maola is always looking ahead—investing in our people, strengthening our communities, and securing fresh, local dairy for the future. Join a farmer-owned cooperative rooted in integrity, sustainability, and a passion for providing fresh, high-quality Maola dairy products. We prioritize your well-being with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Life Insurance, paid time off, and more—available within your first month. Our employees are an integral part of who we are — what you do and what you think matters." That's about the company and benefits. Could be "About the role" or maybe "Benefits". But we have separate Benefits section later. - Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000 per year - Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM, with a 10+ to 11+ hour work shift. Willingness to work additional days and federal holidays if needed. - Summary: "Responsible for safely driving a commercial motor vehicle over established route to deliver and sell dairy products. Stocks and rotates all products, providing excellent customer service." - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Basic Requirements: list. - COMPETENCIES: list of competencies (Communication, Accountability, Customer Focused, Initiative, Problem-Solving, Collaboration). Could be Skills. - PHYSICAL DEMANDS: description. - WORK ENVIRONMENT: description. - Additional company description: "Maola Local Dairies® is a farmer-owned cooperative..." - EEO statement: remove. We need to produce sections: maybe About the role (intro), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (basic requirements + maybe competencies?), Skills (competencies), Benefits (benefits package), Pay (salary range), Schedule (work schedule). Also maybe Physical Demands and Work Environment could be under Requirements? But spec only allows those headings. We could include them under Requirements or maybe as separate sections if they have content. But they said use headings for those specific ones; we can also include other headings if needed? The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we could use others? Probably safer to stick to those. We can include sections for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Qualifications could be merged with Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from each section. Let's map: About the role: Could include the introductory paragraph about Maola, the cooperative, values, etc. Also maybe the summary? But summary is about responsibilities. We'll put intro in About the role. Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list. Requirements: Basic Requirements list. Skills: COMPETENCIES list. Benefits: benefits package described: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Life Insurance, paid time off, and more—available within your first month. Pay: Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000 per year. Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, start time between 3:00 AM - 5:00 AM, with a 10+ to 11+ hour work shift. Willingness to work additional days and federal holidays if needed. We also have Physical Demands and Work Environment; maybe we could put them under Requirements? But they are not exactly requirements. Could we add a section "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment"? The instruction says use those headings e.g., but not limited to? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "use

for section headings (e.g ...)". It might be okay to add others, but to be safe we could incorporate them into Requirements or maybe into a "Qualifications" section. However Qualifications is similar to Requirements. We could put Physical Demands and Work Environment under Requirements as subpoints? But we must preserve all substantive information; we can include them as

under Requirements. Better: create a section "Requirements" that includes Basic Requirements, Physical Demands, Work Environment. But that may be mixing. Alternatively, we could add sections "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment" as headings; but they are not in the examples but likely acceptable. The instruction says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say you cannot use other headings, just gives examples. Usually they'd want only those headings. Safer to stick to those. Thus we need to fit Physical Demands and Work Environment somewhere. Could put them under Requirements as additional bullet points. Let's extract Physical Demands text: "The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds. Must be able to frequently walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach, climb, and pull. Must be able to frequently lift milk case weighing up to 55 lbs. and push/pull stacks of milk weighing 250-300 lbs. using provided equipment." Work Environment: "The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high. Wet/slippery work conditions.Ability to tolerate frequent temperature changes, hot and cold environments, inside, outside, refrigerated areas, and coolers." We can include these as paragraphs under Requirements. Now Benefits: "We prioritize your well-being with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Life Insurance, paid time off, and more—available within your first month." Also maybe mention "competitive pay" but we have Pay section. Now About the role: The initial paragraph: "Why You Will Love Working At Maola® Built on over a century of dedication, Maola is always looking ahead—investing in our people, strengthening our communities, and securing fresh, local dairy for the future.Join a farmer-owned cooperative rooted in integrity, sustainability, and a passion for providing fresh, high-quality Maola dairy products. We prioritize your well-being with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, Life Insurance, paid time off, and more—available within your first month. Our employees are an integral part of who we are — what you do and what you think matters." We could split benefits out, but we already have Benefits section. To avoid duplication, we could keep About the role focusing on company description and values, not benefits. But the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we must not lose info. If we move benefits to Benefits section, we still preserve it. So About the role can be the first sentences about Maola's dedication, farmer-owned cooperative, integrity, sustainability, passion, employees integral. Let's craft About the role: "Built on over a century of dedication, Maola is always looking ahead—investing in our people, strengthening our communities, and securing fresh, local dairy for the future. Join a farmer-owned cooperative rooted in integrity, sustainability, and a passion for providing fresh, high-quality Maola dairy products. Our employees are an integral part of who we are — what you do and what you think matters." That captures the essence, leaving benefits for Benefits section. Now Responsibilities: include the summary and essential duties list. Summary: "Responsible for safely driving a commercial motor vehicle over established route to deliver and sell dairy products. Stocks and rotates all products, providing excellent customer service." Then essential duties list bullet points. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Thus Responsibilities section will have a

    for summary maybe, then

for duties. Requirements: include Basic Requirements list, Physical Demands, Work Environment. We'll need to format Basic Requirements as list. Physical Demands and Work Environment as paragraphs. Skills: Competencies list. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: salary range. Schedule: work schedule. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, etc. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll wrap each section in

heading then content. Let's draft. About the role:
