Job Responsibilities

• Supply customers with ice cream and pizza and other frozen items that they need to keep their shelves and bunkers full.
• Maintain customer feedback and handle customer issues in a courteous, prompt manner to maintain a loyal partnership with all customers.
• Ensure effective communication at all levels of the customer transaction and be available when issues arise.
• Meet monthly sales goals set with a supervisor to ensure appropriate growth in the territory and meeting sales goals.
• Deliver company products to customers, loading, unloading, and merchandising them.
• Perform physical tasks several times throughout the day while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, regardless of location (office, warehouse, or delivery).
• Build strong relationships with customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Compliant with DOT regulations.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to lift 25-40 pounds on a regular basis
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean MVR

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
