About the role
Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking motivated, customer-focused Route Sales Drivers to join their team in the Mt Vernon IL area.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer accounts
- Mercandise products to company standards
- Secure and wrap loads before leaving the facility and after each delivery
- Collect payments and obtain customer signatures when required
- Complete delivery receipts, deposits, and daily paperwork accurately
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Pepsi MidAmerica professionally
- Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current Class A CDL (or willingness to obtain one through our paid CDL training program)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 30 pounds or more on a repetitive basis
- Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours per day

$49,000–$52,000 annually (based on experience)
