About the role

Reliant Holdings is seeking a route sales delivery driver to manage existing and potential customers in Louisiana and surrounding areas. The primary responsibility involves transporting dry ice for customer shipping and frozen needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive truck to deliver and sell products or render services, collect money from customers, and make change.
  • Record sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record.
  • Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business, inform regular customers about new products or services, and resolve service complaints.
  • Collect or pick up empty containers, load truck, issue or obtain customer signatures on receipts, clean inside of truck, schedule routine maintenance on truck.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Driving experience and a Class B CDL.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Knowledge of order processing systems.
