Route Sales Delivery Driver CDL
About the role
The Route Service Delivery Driver at Primo Brands is responsible for providing premium customer service, accelerating growth through upselling, managing account information, and operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, following defined safe work practices, and completing DOT required documentation on a daily basis.
- Adhere to Primo Brands' safety policies, including the prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on-the-job incidents or changes in driving status.
- Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image, meeting each customer's individual preferences by delivering the correct products to the right location during their scheduled day and timeframe.
- Maintain necessary delivery information on all accounts, including cash and receipts, and find opportunities to maximize efficiencies.
- Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed.
- Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services to customers while adhering to a strict quality process.
- Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands and upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
- Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
- Able to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Able to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day.
- Able to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
- Able to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Able to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
- Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
- Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you've only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3 years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay
Earning potential of approximately $75,000 - $90,000 / year ($45,000 / year base pay + uncapped commission after training + customer tips), paid weekly
Schedule
Monday - Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
