Pay
$64,000/year Annual Target
Schedule
- Rotating Days (Includes Weekends), 2 days off
- Average start time between 4–6 am
- End time varies based on route completion and business needs
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
- Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
- Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
- Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
- Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
- Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
Training
Learn the role through hands‑on and classroom training.
