Route Sales Associate

About the role

Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Pay

$64,000 annual

Schedule

Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed; 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week. Start time: 5:00 am; end time varies as work is completed for the day, ranging from 8‑10 hours per day.
