Route Sales Associate

About the role

Location: Ft. Ashby, WV. Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Pay

Quick Look Pay: $64,000 Annual Target

Schedule

Work Days: 5 days on / 2 days off (days off vary by week; both weekend days required; holidays required). Start Time: 2:00 AM – End Time: 2:00 PM.
