Route Sales Associate

About the role

Responsible for delivering milk and dairy products to customers within a designated route area. This includes making deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure all deliveries are made safely and according to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
