About the role

Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales‑driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B sales and account‑management role that includes driving a truck, not a traditional delivery job.

Compensation

Starting pay $18.75 – $19.00 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location). Once assigned a route, average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on new business and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route – account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience required.
• Valid Class C driver’s license – no CDL required.
• Clean driving record for the last 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lb daily.
• Ability to drive a 26‑foot bobtail truck.
