Route Relief Driver - Linen/Uniform

Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This is a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.

Pay

Starting pay $24 an hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location). Once assigned a route, average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; this is account management and outside sales, not just delivery
• Prospect and close new business within your territory
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to updates independently, and pick up new systems with minimal training

Requirements

• Proven sales and customer service experience required
• Valid Class C driver’s license — no CDL required
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years or 36 months
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lbs daily
• Ability to drive a 26’ bobtail truck
