Route Relief Driver - Linen/Uniform
About the role
Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title, it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck. Mission Linen Supply is a family owned, privately held company, and a leading provider of products, services, and supplies to hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses. Founded in 1930 and headquartered in Santa Barbara, the company has grown from a one-man operation to a leading player in the linen rental and uniform business across five western states. Mission Linen Supply is widely recognized for its ability to understand, anticipate, and meet its customers’ needs while providing environmentally friendly goods and services. Why drivers choose Mission Linen Supply: uncapped commission, your earnings grow as your route grows; established customer base with room to expand through your own sales efforts; career path from Route Relief Driver into a dedicated Route Sales & Service Representative territory; stable, essential-services industry (commercial linen and uniform services).
