Compensation

Starting pay $21.97 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and location). Once assigned a route, average total annual compensation exceeds $80,000, with uncapped commission potential based on the new business and account growth you drive.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a designated route, handling account management and outside sales.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long‑term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
• Maintain your vehicle and represent the company professionally at every stop.
• Adapt to new technology and systems with minimal training.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Valid Class C driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Clean driving record for the past 36 months.
• Comfortable loading/unloading up to 50 lb daily.
• Ability to drive a 26‑foot bobtail truck.
