As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution by coordinating equipment, tools, and resources aligned with operational requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance asset utilization, improve planning efficiency, and support successful service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans
- Optimizing asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities
- Supporting planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion
- Collaborating closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams
- Monitoring inventory levels and supporting sourcing plans to ensure material availability
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation
- Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards
Requirements
- Experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- A good understanding of asset utilization, supply chain processes, and operational planning
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay
The annual pay scale for this position is between $92,010.00 - $170,670.00.
