Compensation
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr. With a full potential base pay range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $22.50 - $25.00/hr. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
Shift
Monday - Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm. Shift & Hours subject to change based on company needs.

Minimum Requirements For This Position
- Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience highly preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
What You Will Do As a Route Optimization Administrator
- Support administrative tasks for various departments
- Schedule and update system changes for territory footprints and owners
- Manage route mapping and sortation for delivery routes
- Optimize routing, mapping, and costing for dedicated pick-up routes in select markets
- Communicate with RSP business partners and facility operators for daily on-road execution
- Manage and analyze territory footprints
What you need to be successful as a Route Optimization Administrator
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- You have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- You are able to communicate and interface with many vendors and corporate employees
- You can read and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
- You have the ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and see tasks through with data-based decisions
- You are able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- You will apply strict confidentiality rules to your daily workload
- You possess strong problem-solving skills
- You provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- You are proficient in Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
