Responsibilities

• Implement effective sales strategies to expand business with new and existing customers.
• Provide essential services at customer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drum pickup, using state-of-the-art equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders to minimize travel time.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, pursue additional services, and generate new business opportunities.
• Meet sales quotas and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.
• Route sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in operating various equipment, including electronic devices and truck gear.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.

Physical Requirements

• Lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly.
• Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding 400lbs.
• Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, and climbing.
• Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Work Environment

• Diverse work settings with varying noise levels.

Pay

The compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Average annual earnings range from $70,000 to $85,000.
