Route Driver (Support)

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and leading the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the software development team
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success
• Lead the design and implementation of new software features and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development and management
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and Jenkins

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
