Route Driver Non CDL

St. Paul Beverage Solutions is seeking a dependable Route Driver (Non-CDL) to operate a refrigerated box truck and deliver dairy products to customer locations on a set daily route. This role involves manual labor, including using a two-wheel dolly and a ramp to unload products at each stop.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a refrigerated box truck on a daily route
• Deliver dairy products to customer locations
• Use a two-wheel dolly and ramp to unload products at each stop
• Maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and criminal checks)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
