Route Driver, Class B

About the role

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor that has been providing exceptional service to customers since 1953, representing the world's most famous beverage brands. Delivery Drivers make direct store deliveries to local customers. This position is Tuesday‑Friday, full‑time (40+ hours) with every weekend off and the ability to be home every night.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops
• Delivering product into stores using a two‑wheeler or other means
• Handling customer payments
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected
• Providing excellent customer service
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• CDL‑Class B license
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Previous delivery driving experience
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift 65 lbs. repeatedly (heavy repetitive lifting)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, criminal background check, and post‑offer physical (if applicable)

• Good math skills
• Good knowledge of the Aurora and surrounding area
• Detail oriented
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and self‑managed to meet deadlines
