We must not create sections with placeholder like "N/A". So we should omit sections where content is just placeholder. For example, Years of Experience N/A - we can omit that line. Education High School diploma or GED - we can include under Qualifications or Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: Could be the Job Profile Summary paragraph describing role. We'll put that under

About the role

with

. Responsibilities: Job Duties & Responsibilities list. We'll put

  • each duty. Requirements: Might be "Required Qualifications Skills & Abilities" but that includes skills. We could split: Requirements (maybe mandatory: valid Class B CDL license, previous delivery driving experience, good driving record, ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly, good knowledge of surrounding area, detail oriented, self-motivated, work independently, self-managed to meet deadlines). Also Education: High school diploma or GED. Qualifications: Could be education? But we already have education. Maybe we can combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, skills, education), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Also we must not include metadata like Job ID etc. We need to include Pay: $30.00/hour plus incentive opportunities. Schedule: Early AM start / start times vary by route, Tuesday - Friday work week. Benefits: list: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Employee assistance program, Employee discount, Flexible schedule, Flexible spending account, Health insurance, Health savings account, Life insurance, Paid time off, Parental leave, Vision insurance. Note there is duplicate "401(k)401(k) matching" maybe a typo; we should keep as two items: 401(k) and 401(k) matching? The text: "401(k)401(k) matching". Likely they meant 401(k) and 401(k) matching. We'll split. Also note "(must Be Full-Time For Most Benefits)" - we can include as note. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:

Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The Job Description paragraph about company history: "Since 1987, Johnson Brothers of Indiana is one of the state's largest distributors..." That's substantive. Should we include that? It could go under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the company". But we only have prescribed headings; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. The About the role currently only has Job Profile Summary. We could expand About the role to include company description. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can put company overview under About the role as well. Thus About the role paragraph: combine the company description (Since 1987...) and the Job Profile Summary. Let's craft: Since 1987, Johnson Brothers of Indiana is one of the state's largest distributors. The company began its operation in Michigan City and Fort Wayne as Indiana Wholesale Wine & Liquor. Today, our more than 200 team members provide our portfolio of world-class wines and spirits to retail stores, iconic restaurants, and world-class hotels throughout the Hoosier state. The CDL B Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, bars, and other customer locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires operating a Class B commercial vehicle, or other company vehicle, in compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, as well as company safety standards. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading beverage products, inspecting vehicles before and after routes, verifying delivery invoices and documentation, and ensuring products are delivered in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the physical ability to lift, move, and deliver beverage cases, kegs, and related products throughout the workday. That's good. Now Responsibilities list: we need to extract each duty from the block. List: - Safely operate company delivery vehicles in accordance with federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company safety standards. - Deliver products to customer locations according to established routes and schedules. - Load, unload, and transport products, including cases, kegs, and related merchandise. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. - Verify delivery orders, invoices, and other required documentation for accuracy. - Ensure products are delivered in excellent condition and placed according to customer requirements. - Collect signatures, complete delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate delivery records. - Provide professional and courteous customer service during all customer interactions. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and commercial team members regarding delivery status or issues. - Follow all company safety procedures, including proper lifting, loading, and unloading techniques. - Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. - Assist with warehouse, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned. Now Requirements list: we need to include all from Required Qualifications Skills & Abilities plus education. List: - Must possess a valid Class B CDL license - Previous Delivery Driving experience - A good driving record - Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly - Good knowledge of the surrounding area - Detail oriented - Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines - Years of Experience: N/A (we should omit because it's placeholder) - Education: High School diploma or GED We should omit Years of Experience N/A. Thus Requirements list includes the above except Years of Experience. Now Benefits list: we need to parse the benefits string: "401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insurance". Also note "(must Be Full-Time For Most Benefits)". We'll split. Thus list: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Employee assistance program - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Flexible spending account - Health insurance -
