Route Driver (Base Pay + Commission)

- Weekends - morning shifts
Pay
$17 per hour - $20 per hour (base pay + commission)
About the role
As a Route Driver at Sodexo, you will use people skills and a commitment to quality assurance and safety to successfully deliver product in the vending, self-checkout, or office coffee service channels. You will use your customer service skills to ensure that customer areas are accurately stocked and work with customers to understand and support their needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive a vehicle that, based on weight, meets the Motor Carrier Act exemption from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act on assigned route(s)
- Deliver product orders to customers to ensure continuous supply
- Ensure customer areas are adequately stocked (vending machine, market, or coffee supplies)
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
