Requirements
- Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
- Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (training provided)
- Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
- Able to lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs)
- Hold a valid driver's license and able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed
- No college degree required—just motivation and a willingness to learn
- Excited to join a team with full onboarding, paid training, and full benefits after 60 days
- Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one – required)

- Day Shift
- Flexible start times
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
- Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
- Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
- Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
- Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
- Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements
- Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
