About the role

The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route, handles invoicing and collections, and delivers a high degree of service that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders, including collecting payments and issuing invoices
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly with a customer-focused approach
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
• Maintain cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
• Perform end-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
• Clean and professional appearance
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
