Route Driver

Primary Job Responsibilities (A Day In The Life)

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products
• Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers
• Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team
• Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records
• Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements

Requirements

• Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work
• Reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily
• Strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (will be trained)
• Willing to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career
• Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50–80 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license and able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed
