Route Driver

About the role

Wallwork Truck Center is seeking a reliable full-time Route Driver to support our parts team. The ideal candidate will deliver parts across local routes, contributing to our efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the parts team by delivering parts to assigned customers along designated routes.
• Load and unload necessary parts as required.
• Submit parts orders for all designated customers as needed.
• Handle some overnight travel as needed, depending on the territory.
• Review and verify all deliveries to ensure customers receive correct orders.
• Complete core returns, warranty, and new part returns according to company policies and procedures.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse mechanical equipment as needed.
• Work under pressure, independently, and handle stressful situations.
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion to meet the needs of the company, employees, and customers.
• Follow up with sales, coordinate returns, and provide overall customer service.
• Service existing accounts and complete vehicle safety checks as per company policy.
• Maintain a professional appearance and network with colleagues.
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Perform Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• CDL is not required for our Fargo location.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one.
• Professional personal appearance.

• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse mechanical equipment.

Pay

$45,000/yr. + DOE

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. No weekends!
