Route Driver

About the role

As a CDL Route Driver in River Falls, you’ll keep our local customers stocked and satisfied—moving product safely and efficiently across River Falls and nearby communities. This role matters because dependable delivery and sharp service protect our customers’ shelves and our reputation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a route truck on assigned local routes and follow federal requirements
• Complete required vehicle inspections and keep equipment in safe working order
• Load, secure, unload, and merchandise product at customer locations
• Use handheld tools to manage deliveries, invoices, and end-of-day paperwork
• Provide friendly, professional service and build strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (or Class B permit with upgrade to Class A within 30 days)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, twisting) and operate equipment
• Comfort with scanners/route software and basic paperwork

Schedule

• Monday through Friday with a 4:00 AM start
• 40–50 hours per week
• Local runs with stops at convenience stores, gas stations, and grocery outlets

Your day begins at 2814 Prairie Drive in River Falls, where you’ll prepare at the warehouse before heading out on your route.

Pay

Competitive salary ($28.00–$30.00/hour).
