What the Job Looks Like
Operate company box trucks and flatbed straight trucks on local delivery routes.
Load trucks according to daily schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Use material handling equipment to load accurately and safely.
Verify shipping counts and maintain security and safety standards throughout.
Deliver a professional customer experience at every stop.
Stay current on DOT and OSHA certifications and participate in company safety programs.
Cookordination with warehouse and other teams as needed.

Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years driving a box truck or similar vehicle
- DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
- Able to lift 50 lbs routinely; up to 75 lbs with or without assistance
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving
- Dependable attendance — this is a daily commitment, not an occasional one
- Customer-facing communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
