About the role

Driver – Portable Sanitation Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, and be part of an employee-owned company excelling in portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. Responsibilities

• Promptly arrive at yard to pickup truck and supplies
• Service and clean portable restrooms (~30% driving, ~70% servicing)
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers
• Expect 10+ hour days, with overtime and weekends during busy seasons
• Physically demanding work: lifting, reaching, bending

Requirements

• Comfortable working from Spanish Fork (primary) and Salt Lake (secondary) locations
• 1+ years experience in a physically demanding role
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT requirements
• Safety‑sensitive position: subject to pre‑employment and random drug screening, including THC
• Ability to lift 50‑150 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete required reports and records
• Ability to travel for required company‑paid training and possess or obtain acceptable identification for domestic air travel (REAL ID‑compliant driver’s license, valid passport, or other TSA‑accepted identification)

Pay

Weekly starting pay: $23.50/hour, increasing to $27.50/hour after one year (performance‑based)

Schedule

5:00 AM start, Monday‑Friday (some weekends)
