Route Driver

Culligan Ultrapure is a trusted Culligan Water franchise since 1962, operating over 42 locations across Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Texas. We specialize in delivering clean, safe water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers with a focus on heart and quality.

About the role

As a Route Driver, you're the friendly face our customers rely on. You’ll drive one of our company vehicles (around 26' long) and handle deliveries while providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water and 40-pound salt bags to customers
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts
• Provide exceptional customer service at every stop
• Maintain delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
• Address customer questions and needs on-site

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependability
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to great customer service and team culture
