Responsibilities
- Build and adjust technician routes for maximum efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and ensure they are placed correctly.
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding updates and changes.
- Prepare appointments and send customer reminders.
- Audit accounts for accuracy and update as necessary.
- Open up route availability to attract new customers.
Qualifications
- No prior pest control experience required - training provided.
- This is a Full-Time or seasonal (40 hours/week) in-office position with a 6-month commitment.
- Work schedule: 6am - 2:30pm or 10:30am - 7pm, with one Saturday off per month.
- Strong Microsoft skills.
- Quick learner with new software and routing systems.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear, confident communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
