Responsibilities

- Deliver with clockwork precision by completing all pickups and deliveries on time. - Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and routing tools. - Provide professional, reliable customer service at every stop. - Adapt quickly to route changes, traffic, or delivery challenges. - Represent NOW Courier with reliability and professionalism.

Route Details

- Local routes across Indiana. - Home daily schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible start times. - Consistent, year-round delivery volume. - Mix of dock-to-dock and jobsite deliveries. - Commercial and customer-specific shipments.

Earning Potential

Commission-based structure with strong weekly earning potential based on route and volume. Lease to own opportunities available for cargo vans and larger vehicles.

Vehicle Program

NOW Courier offers a vehicle lease program to help drivers get started without needing their own vehicle. Lease to own opportunities are available. Late model vehicles meeting safety standards are provided, ready to operate from day one. Limited time incentives may be available.

Requirements

- Age: At least 21 years old. - Previous delivery or driving experience preferred. - Ability to lift and handle freight as needed. - Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app. - Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability. - Successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process including a Driving History Review, Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
